Each card is an ORIGINAL, untouched envelop and card still in plastic- MINT CONDITION. THIS IS ONE OF MANY stylish cards created by both HALLMARK and BURGOYNE which we have listed! None of the cards have been used, all appear BRAND NEW in the ORIGINAL MINT condition. We have other cards in Holiday and Hanukkah decor in other auctions.

If an item qualifies for FIRST CLASS and BUYER REQUESTS ANY ADDITIONAL services (tracking, INSURANCE, etc) the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for PAYING the charges associated with the package mailing.
We are not capable of covering BUYER'S costs and Buyers who are not honest. This includes any additional shipping costs associated with adding tracking, shipping insurance (which then may CHANGE COST OF SHIPPING), registered mail, etc. IF THE ITEM IS LISTED WITH FREE SHIPPING IT MEANS A FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE AND ANYTHING ADDITIONAL required or expected by BUYER, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ADDITIONAL COSTS. INSURANCE is NOT included in FREE SHIPPING. If it is requested, buyer must pay shipping of flat rate of $4.00 for any item due to policies of eBay changing in October 2009. USPS will not open a claim on an item which was not insured. After your item is shipped, it no longer belongs to US as the seller, and in the hands of the USPS. We have excellent feedback FROM HONEST buyers and we have not experienced lost items, HOWEVER, it will not be our issue if US Post makes a mistake. TRACKING is provided with shipping UNLESS not required due to FIRST CLASS weight. We take the same risks as a buyer. We do use eBay tools and PayPal rules and we promise to ship your new found treasures as if we were receiving them ourselves. We package within plastic sealed bags with any vintage or used items if necessary such as jewelry. Most items WILL be vintage or used, therefore you can expect to get them in a vintage or used state unless specified otherwise.
RETURNS: This is like any of our auctions, and is a set AUCTION, and is not warranted as returnable.
If you are unhappy in any way, we will gladly attempt to work with you. We have superb customer service ratings. The listings are all AS-IS even if new in sealed packages. Although our policy is NO returns, if there is an agreement for a return, we are not responsible for ANY POSTAGE paid. Only the cost of the item would be considered. Buyer would be responsible for mailing back the item at buyer's cost.
Refund would ONLY include the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
