I bought these pattern booklets at a sale and I don't know their history. They are used but in good condition especially considering their age.
Doreen Sweaters Volume 109 Designed by Francine has Easy to Make! and 29c on the front cover. This 31 page booklet has knit and crochet items. This booklet was copyright 1958 and this is the third edition. The patterns for sweaters for women are Fringed Shortigan, Date Bait, Teen Top Cable, California Casual, Young 'n Pert, Shrug 'n Bows and Smart 'n Smocked. The patterns for a vest and sweater for men are Sleeveless Cable Pullover and Campus Cable.
Fleisher's Bear Brand Botany New Gigantic Bulkies Vol. 64 50 cents is copyright MCMLXII by Bernhard Ulmann Company. This 35 page booklet has knit patterns for women and men and one pattern for a child's sweater. There are 10+ patterns for women's sweaters mostly 12-14, 16-18 in size. There are four sweater patterns for men (three which match the women's patterns) mostly 38-40, 42-44 in size.Remember, when you bid on an item through Ebay, you commit to buying that item if you are the winning bidder.
