Shipping : We will combine shipping on multiple purchases, please contact and let us know before we send your invoice. We do our best to ship packages within 1 day of payment (our feedback reflects that). If payment is received after 2 pm on Friday it will be Monday before the item is shipped. If there is going to be a substantial delay, we will notify you.
Shipping costs include delivery confirmation for US shipping, bubble envelopes, packing peanuts, and careful and safe packaging costs.
We usually invoice our items to ship Standard or First Class mail (unless otherwise noted in the listing). If you require it faster, send an email after you win the auction and let us know you would like Priority shipping and we will change the invoice and get it shipped right away!
International Shipping : Please email me for the cost of shipping to your country (give me specifics of your country, city, postal code, zip code if applicable). We ship on Mondays and Thursdays for International shipping – so making payment after the auction end will get your shipment in the mail much sooner. Cost depends on country, size, weight. Asking questions ASAP will improve receiving the answer before the auction ends.

Not responsible for uninsured items: We make every effort to package each item safely and securely but we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands. We do include Delivery confirmation on US shipping and will do our best to track down the shipment. Therefore if you choose not to insure your package, we cannot be responsible if it does not reach its destination or arrives in damaged condition.

Returns : We do accept returns but only if there is a gross misrepresentation on our part and we will quickly resolve the matter. All returns must be in original condition, no use, damage or wear. You must contact us by email about a return – if merited – we will give you a return authorization code. Returns must be received by 14 days of the ship date with the correct authorization code. After 21 days there are no returns – no exceptions! We do not reimburse shipping charges.
