You are bidding on a used working Dexter Mat Cutter. This item allows you to make beveled cuts in mat board utilizing a T-square. The cutter is in great condition however the box is a little grubby. This item comes with one blade, however it is dull and needs to be replaced. Please see the pictures below for more information.
Item to ship USPS. Shipping will be a flat $5 Parcel Post in the US. Shipping to Mexico and Canada will be $20. Shipping to the rest of the world will be $40. Acceptable domestic forms of payment include paypal, money orders, cashier's checks, and postal money orders. Sorry no personal checks or CODs.
