Return Policy
You must contact us and request an item return form before sending back an item for refund or exchange.
Items MUST be unopened in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Returns must be sent with all original packaging and accessories.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the auction ending.
If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours after receiving your item and we will gladly issue an exchange for the item. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued.
If a refund is issued for any reason, the refund will before the amount of the winning bid only. We do not refund shipping/handling charges.
We DO NOT refund return shipping. Returning an item for a refund or exchange is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Payment and Shipping Policy
We ONLY accept Paypal.
Payment should be received within 3 days of auction end.
Customers should expect delivery within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after shipment.
All products will be shipped via registered airmail from Taiwan.
Items are normally shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment.
Combined shipping on multiple auctions is charged as full shipping for the first item. Each additional item will receive a US$2.00 discount on the shipping charges.

Once payment is received and order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number.
