Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. This auction is for a new in plastic wrapped covers Scrap Book Album. This album is for all the scrappers out there. Each have 10 sheets inside room for 20 pages of scrapping.You may also add pages to these books for more scrapping. I have burgundy albums and black albums available see pics. Again this auction is for 1new album. You may request 1 or 50 so don't miss out on this deal. Each is at a low starting bid and are well worth the cost. I do have extra albums if you want more than the 50 I have listed here. Email me for combined shipping cost. Payment Methods: We prefer ayPal, which is no cost to you and allows you to use a credit card. Prompt contact and Payment is a must, and payment within 5 days of the end of auction. Payment must include shipping costs. Again, the shipping costs listed are for the contiguous 48 states only. We prefer ayPal for payment, however We will accept money orders. :( Money order/Cashiers check (made out to Rick Buchwald), item(s) will ship when check clears Usually 10-15 days. Please note ayPal sends invoices automatically.

Shipping & Handling Terms: We will try to manually send you an invoice with shipping charges. If the item(s) ordered is heavy or oversized, (which require a trip to the post office, as they cannot be dropped in a mailbox) are mailed out on Tuesdays Through Friday. Most Items paid Via ayPal are shipped within 36 hours [weekends & holidays excluded] of order. - We may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Order Processing Time Frame and Shipping Days: We process and ship orders Tuesdays through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All completed orders (checkout and payment completed) will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. If a holiday falls on a weekday, we will not ship that day.
Insurance: You have an option to purchase shipping insurance at the time of checkout. Insurance is optional. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE - Pls INSURE your item(s)., WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS that are not insured. THANK YOU! ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS MUST BE INSURED. Please be sure to take care of insurance at that time because we will not and cannot add insurance once package is in route.
Rerouting a package: If your address at the time of payment is not correct or if you have not updated it prior to making a payment, we are not responsible for fees associated with reshipping fees by USPS or rerouting your package via UPS. Customer will be held 100% responsible. Please make sure your address is current before making payment.
Tracking your Package with USPS: Services used with USPS are Priority Mail and First Class Mail. Currently, those two services do not offer any tracking numbers. The only tracking information we receive from them is delivery confirmation. You will receive shipment confirmation e-mail the moment we print your label and ship your order. The shipment confirmation email will contain your delivery confirmation number and address it's being shipped to. Please click on the links in the email to view your package progress. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email within 48 hours after your payment during business days.
Third-party shipping: We do not allow for customers to use their own UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS account to ship any item(s) due to many difficulties faced over the years.
Return Policy: Okay, here it is. We have had several request to provide a return policy in my auctions. If there is a legitimate issue with an item, we always accept returns. However, we charge a 15% rehandling fee, if you would like for us to explain what this fee is for please email me for details. By legitimate, We mean item is not as described, item is damaged and carrier will not honor a claim providing you have insured the item, or any unforeseen problem that's out of the buyer's control. I do not like it, it's not what I thought is was and so forth are not legitimate reasons for a return. We have already said this once but let us reiterate, WE ARE NOT EXPERTS ON ANYTHING. You, the buyer, are likely many times more qualified as experts than we are, with 99.9% of the items We sell, or you wouldn't be interested in it. If you have a question about any item, use as much detail as possible and do not assume we know what you're talking about. If a package is damaged, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier but we can not assume responsibility for the carrier's actions. There are a million opinions on what is the correct type and amount of packaging. The truth is, if the carrier drops a 70lb package on top of a 5 lb package, it is going to be damaged and all the peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. in the world is not going to save it. So do not claim insufficient packing as we always use cushioning when needed. If you have any issue that arises with a shipment or order, whether there's a need for a return, damaged package, you entered the wrong address and so on. DO NOT EMAIL ME. When you receive an invoice at the end of the auction, it has our phone number or you can request it from Ebay and they will send it. WE DO NOT DEAL WITH PROBLEMS THROUGH EMAIL. Call and leave a message, if you don't leave a message, you will probably not get in touch with us. Provide your name, item in concern and issue, we will return your message in a very timely manner. We are not dealers, we don't have multiples of items or replacements. Most everything we sell comes from estates, auctions, etc. Most electronic items are used and marked sold as is. We test them for powering on and any basic functions if we have the means. WHEN AN ITEM IS STATED SOLD AS IS, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE MEAN. It is non returnable unless we state it powers on and then is received DOA. Obviously, we would accept a return in this case. Last but not least. Above everything else, to receive a refund, the item must be returned in it's original packaging. We do not give things away, and while most people are good and honest, there are those people out there that will try to scam. NOW DON'T MISS THIS PART: The buyer ALWAYS pays return shipping (we don't pick up any of the shipping sorry). This is just one of the risks of buying Online and there is no exception to this.
