I go to the post office ONCE A WEEK, on a Saturday...ALL FULL payments made on or before Thrusday will get into Saturdays mail.
Some stamps may be stained if they are used, some may be extreme staining,...if they are stated as NEW they are just that and have NOT been used. If the item is unmounted, unless otherwise stated it is just the unmounted stamp...no mount. Some may be modified or different than from manufacturer. Some were purchased as unmounteds and trimed by me or maybe whomever it was purchased.
